From 13 November, myGovID will have a new name and new look.
You don’t need to do anything to prepare for the change. Your myGovID app should automatically update to myID on your device; RAM links and authorisations will not be affected.
Be wary of myGovID/myID scams.
There’s no need to set up a new myID or reconfirm your details.
If you’ve been asked to do this in a message, email or by visiting a website, it’s a scam.
